Keep it Simple

Think of all the very simple things in your life and remember to be thankful.  The seasons go and come year after year, the sun  rises and sets, we rest,we take nourishment, and love the simple facts of life.  The air we breathe, the people we love, common sense concepts of living and thinking clear with out complex questions in our heads can give energy and reason to living.  

Are you tired?...sleep  Are you sad?...cry.  Will the world end tomorrow or today if you can not finish all your goals right now?  Relax and smell the roses, feel the breeze in your hair, and be glad to be alive.  As a co-worker used to tell me many times..."Don't sweat the small stuff."  I say don't sweat it at all.

Simplicity is making the journey of this life with just baggage enough....Charles Dudley Warner
