Cloud
What do you see when you look at a cloud? Do you see a
rabbit? Do you see cotton candy? Do you see a pillow? What do
you see? Do you see a cloud? Do you see it as it is- a
cloud? What is a cloud? Is a cloud just a cloud after
all? What is the Truth? Truth is just exactly the way things

are.   Buddha Quotes web site

I have loved the clouds since childhood, as do most of us.  When I first flew I could not believe we were in the middle of the clouds and it made me want to learn to fly just to do that.  Being in them and on top of them gave me a sense of a "other worldliness".

Why do they grab  our interest?  They take me to another place...they stop me from whatever is going on for just a moment and take me to a place of wonder.  Yes, we know they are:
1.
mass of water in sky: a visible mass of water or ice particles in the atmosphere from which rain and other forms of precipitation fall
2.
mass of particles in air: a mass of particles in the air, e.g. dust or smoke
"a cloud of smoke"
...but what they do for us humans is create imagination and a magical world.  Somethings they are so powerful they stop us...storm clouds and dark foreboding ones... so these are warnings and messengers that make us listen to head for cover.  They are messages of things to come.  But truly clouds are the things of the poet and the dreamer.

So Take some time to stop and ponder on a cloud...who knows what inspiration it will give you!
