The Seed is Hope; the Flower is Joy

Laughter is healing. To laugh we must feel joy.  Jerome P Fleishman says:

 It takes courage to live...courage and strengthen and hope and humor.  And courage and strength and hope have to be bought and paid for with pain and work and prayers and tears.

 This quote so appropriately speaks to us when we are in a hopeful state we feel joy. Humor is a safety rope to our sanity.  It give us strength.  When we perceive our situation from another point of view, as an absurdity or a place of detachment, it can add levity to the situation.
